Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are delighted to be representing a progressive, Energy sector leader as they look to recruit for a hybrid role covering Accounts Assistant and Office Management. Following the launch of a new business venture in recent months, the workload has steadily increased so this position requires an experienced individual to come in and hit the ground running.


Accounts Assistant duties include:

*Purchase Ledger

*Employee expenses

*Accounts Admin (e.g. filing & organising)

*Responsibility for the accounts inbox


Office Manager duties include:

*General office admin (answering phones, meeting scheduling, managing company documents & databases)

*Managing staff records & necessary training

*Maintain communications with external contractors
