Are you an experienced Buyer? Do you have Supplier Management experience? Do you have strong knowledge & experience within a Manufacturing Supply Chain function?

Nine Twenty are working with out Medical Device Manufacturing client in their need for a Buyer to join their team permanently.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of purchase orders 
  • Ensure material availability 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with supply chain partners.
  • Monitor supplier performance 
  • Support the senior buyer with continuous improvement activities within the supply chain to improve performance and drive down costs
  • Assist the senior buyer in creating and maintaining an environment of high performing professionals
  • Create a positive working environment that acknowledges and pro-actively supports compliance with GMP.

Skills required:

  • Experience in using an ERP system.
  • Proven experience of working in a similar role.
  • Experience of working in a quality-driven highly regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Attention to detail and with a high level of accuracy.
  • A valid driving license and own transport.
