I have an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Complaints Administrator to join our clients team. This is a full time role Monday to Friday (with an early finish on a Friday!) 

They are looking for someone who is articulate and someone who has excellent written communication skills be it by email or letter. And someone who has experience  dealing with customer complaints and be able to resolve them from beginning to end in an articulate and professional manner. 

The purpose of this role is to:

  • Principally, to manage the consumer complaints system
  • To provide administrative support to the Director of Research & Quality Development
  • To provide administrative support to the team in the R&QD department

The principal responsibilities of this role is to:

  • Managing the system of consumer complaints ensuring they are processed in an appropriate and timely manner by;
  • logging cases promptly in the complaints system
  • communicating efficiently with relevant internal/external parties throughout
  • logging and transferring samples to Quality Control
  • scanning all documentation into the relevant paper and electronic systems
  • updating complaints in the relevant paper and electronic systems
  • Responsible for directing any calls from consumer and healthcare professionals to
    appropriate staff for their response
  • Responsible for preparing monthly reports for consumer complaints and, where necessary, interrogating the data to determine trends
  • Assist with the management of the R&D budget including co-ordination/maintenance of all department invoicing & accruals
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks at the request of the Director of Research and Quality Development
  • Provide reception cover as part of a rota system
  • Promote and execute the highest standards of Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure that the facility, documentation, systems and procedures are in a permanent state of inspection readiness.
