Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are delighted to be assisting our Grangemouth Client who are on the hunt for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team immediately on a temporary basis. 

They are looking for a motivated individual who can manage customer orders and ensure that delivery schedules are met, with the ability to liase with 3rd parties to organise deliveries.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Order Administration
  • Review customer orders daily and ensure required stock is available to meet demands
  • Plan transport for deliveries
  • Adding in transport to our outbound logistics tracker
  • Ensure clear & concise information is given to Transport companies
  • Produce relevant paperwork for outgoing deliveries
  • Ad-hoc Customer Services administration duties

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a customer facing role 
  • Knowledge and understanding of logistic processes 
  • Proficient in Excel to Intermediate Level 
  • Proactive individual who is passionate about Customer Service 
  • Ability to build, develop and maintain customer relationships 
  • Organised with the ability to remain calm under pressure
