Nine Twenty are supporting our Manufacturing client who have an urgent need for an HR Administrator to support with HR processes supporting there business which has grown over the last year.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the onboarding candidate process ensuring an accurate and timely delivery
  • Responsible for HR processes & Systems
  • Ensure workload is kept up to date and prioritized
  • Managing recruitment process from start to finish
  • Responsible for producing accurate contractual documents and keeping an up to date on records
  • Data input ensuring accuracy

Experience and Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and workflows
  • Administration of employee life cycle
  • Analytical desirable
  • Excellent data management skills
  • Ability to work to challenging deadlines with pace and accuracy
  • Keen to learn new processes, transactions and systems quickly
  • Excellent communications skills both verbally and written
  • Expert user in Microsoft office packages
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
