Nine Twenty Engineering and Manufacturing are delighted to be working with a large Scottish Manufacturing organisation who are looking for a Liquid Supply Inventory Co-ordinator to join their team in Ayrshire.  A great package is on offer with additional benefits that can be discussed in more detail.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Investigate any inventory discrepancies or anomalies following company procedures and policies and escalate where necessary.
  • To analyse inventory accuracy and drive improvements to enhance and improve current systems and processes to deliver the required levels of end to end inventory accuracy throughout Liquid Supply.
  • Support stock Management Administrator on reconciliation / re-check process.
  • To support stock integrity auditing as required (Maturation, Operational, Virtual Warehouses)
  • Perform routine checks to ensure that physical stock movements are in full agreement with inventory control system (DRAMS) – inclusive of all receipts, transfers, new fillings and mature removals.
  • Proactively drive any system mismatches to zero, working with relevant stakeholders to identify root cause and to develop the required corrective actions.
  • Work with stakeholders to Manage all allocations and ensure that all are closed off accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Contributes appropriately to team meetings and supports the implementation of team strategy, plans and continuous improvement
