Material Handler - Stirling & Falkirk

Our client who are a leader in revolutionary diagnostic led care solutions are going through a huge expansion in the manufacture of their life saving medical devices. They are looking for several Material Handlers to join their facility based in Stirling.  Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.30.

The role

• Implement and maintain receipt, storage, material handling and logistic destitution processes.
• Maintain a high level of Stock control.
• Maintain all Electronic systems and required documentation in accordance with SOP’s.
• Work on department continuous improvement activities
• Maintain an excellent level of housekeeping and organisation within the Warehouse areas using lean and 5S principles and techniques.
• Ensure all waste streams are maintained and that waste is disposed of according to regulations.
• Ensure fulfilment of orders OTIF
• Create a positive working environment that acknowledges and pro-actively supports compliance with GMP.

Essential Skills

• Warehouse Experience in Medical Device/GMP Environment is preferred
• Assertive, resilient and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Logistics Experience
• Possesses a current counterbalance forklift license
• DG Goods Trained
