Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing are excited to be working with our Whisky Manufacturing client who are on the look out for an Office Manager to join their team on a full time and permanent basis based in Elgin.

As the Office Manager you will be responsible to supporting many different area's meaning you will be an integral part of the business. 


  • Finance – raising invoices and purchase orders
  • HR – Maintaining files, recording holidays and absence, point of contact for site on HR issues, payroll co-ordination 
  • Spirit Management – Administering and ensuring that stock management system (DRAMS) is kept up to date, this is critical for HMRC reporting
  • HMRC Reporting – preparing monthly submission for HMRC
  • Line Management – responsible for managing two Office administrators
  • Site point of contact – There are three areas of the business that need someone to be the point of contact to bring them all together and escalate as required 
  • Many other duties as required. 

We are looking for someone who has the following experience:

  • HR experience
  • Experience in line management 
  • Excellent organisational skills 
  • Proactive with the ability to multitask
