Process Operator - Livingston/ West Lothian

We are delighted to be working for client based in Livingston who are recruiting for 2 Process Operators to join their team. 

They are looking for the following:

• Previous cGMP/Cleanroom experience.
• Technical knowledge
• Good Attitude to work
• Someone who is willing to learn, work hard & be accountable
• Someone who is keen to train and develop 

The purpose of this job is to:

• Execute operations within the production suite, as required.
• Provide support as when required to other manufacturing areas (skill dependant).
• Participate in plant maintenance program.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting maintenance related issues.
• Interpret QC results and take appropriate action as required.
• Carry out procedures in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, GMP and GDP.
• Report faults within functional area to immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
• Support Quality Improvement projects within functional area.
• Liaise with Area Leaders, Production Manager and Order Management to report issues from functional area.
• Adhere to company Health and Safety policy to maintain a safe working environment

Job responsibilities will include:

• Executes operations within production suite
• Support Quality Improvement projects as required
• Ensures work area is kept clean and tidy at all times, ensuring all tools and resources are available within functional area
• Clear and concise communication of all non conformities and equipment failures within functional area
• Maintenance of individual training file
• Completing all documentation accurately, in a timely manner and in accordance with GDP.
