Senior Operator - Nightshift

A new opportunity has arisen with our well established Global Manufacturing client as their growth continues. Our client are looking for a Production Team Leader/Senior Production Operator to join their team for 6 months initially, possibly longer. 

You will be responsible to work within a fast paced Manufacturing facility supporting the Senior Night Shift Operator. 

Responsibilities:

• Working within a fast paced Manufacturing Environment responsible for assembling & inspecting products to a high standard on Production Lines 
• Providing Team Leadership, support & guidance to the Nightshift Team
• Ensure adherence to strict Health & Safety Standards 
• Adhering to 5s Standards
• Operating machinery & hand tools in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures 
• Working effectively as a part of a team
• Implementing and safeguarding best practices

Skills required:

• Previous experience of successfully leading a Team or been a Senior Operator within a manufacturing function
• Experience of working within a fast paced manufacturing environment working on Production Lines 
• Good Health & Safety knowledge & experience 
• Preferably 3 years experience within a Manufacturing environment
