Nine Twenty's client is a leader in manufacturing solutions to help reduce contaminants and improve yields in manufacturing processes.

They have grown from a start-up over thirty years ago to the brand leader across a range of Global industries. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Test & Reliability Engineer to work as part of their Product Development Team.

This position requires a clear thinker, someone who can take the overall lead in improving product reliability, and who can also design testing rigs as well as get hands on when problems arise.

Duties will include:

  • Develop optimal product qualification and reliability test plans for new and existing products
  • Lead the Defect Review process to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and continuous improvement
  • Undertake comparative studies of competitive products and provide comprehensive reporting
  • Drive continuous test program improvements and releases to manufacturing for better productivity
  • Monitor reliability metrics and goals to drive quality improvement efforts
  • Provide guidance to internal team and interface with customers regarding reliability questions or concerns
  • Advise key suppliers with regards to testing and reliability

Experience Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering subject, for example Mechanical Engineering, Automation or similar
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant role.
  • Experience of manufacturing.
  • Willing to travel on occasions.
  • Drive for product excellence.
