Nine Twenty Engineering and Manufacturing are delighted to be working with a large Scottish Manufacturing organisation who are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join their team in Ayrshire. A great package is on offer with additional benefits that can be discussed in more detail.

My client is looking for a multi-skilled person to join their team and be innovative with ideas on how to re-engineer the Warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be a real specialist in operations and logistics as well as be a robust leader. You will possess a passion for changing efficiency, inventory accuracy and be compliance orientated. It is important that you are adaptable, flexible, keen to get involved and support change throughout the business. Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with all H&S, Environmental and Customs legislation in order to maintain compliance with all regulatory bodies

- Execute the operational plans in line with the Company, Operations and Business Unit objectives

- Manage the Warehousing budget, including variable and fixed costs for maximum functional benefit

- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignments of business objectives that drive essential behavioural; and process change

- Implement best practice processes and procedures maximising effectiveness and efficiency

- Lead and support improvement projects

- Implement the planning process, to support a drive for improved operating costs and efficient resource management

- Lead, motivate and develop the team in line with the Company Values to maximise employee engagement
